Find your perfect rental home – we handle the search for you.
Moving to The Hague as an expat, international student, or PhD researcher? The Dutch rental market is highly competitive, with quality properties disappearing within hours. Without local knowledge and connections, you're at a disadvantage. That's where we come in.
As your dedicated rental agent (aanhuurmakelaar), we search, select, and secure the right home for you. We know the market inside out, have access to properties before they're listed online, and negotiate on your behalf. With over 60% of our clients being international professionals, we understand exactly what you need.

From first consultation to key handover – this is how we find your home in The Hague.

Finding a rental home in The Hague as an international is challenging. Properties in popular neighbourhoods are rented within days – sometimes hours. Landlords will receive dozens of applications, and without a local track record, credit history, or Dutch-speaking contacts, your application often ends up at the bottom of the pile. In addition to that: rental contracts are in Dutch, tenant rights are complex, and scams targeting internationals are increasingly common.
You need someone on your side who knows the market, speaks the language, and can act fast. As your rental agent, we level the playing field. We present you professionally to landlords, respond to new listings immediately, and protect your interests throughout the process. No more missed opportunities. No unpleasant surprises.
